MOUNTAIN MUSIC -An austere, dry white wine from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Aged with American oak. Serve chilled. MOUNTAIN MEMORIES- A light and fruity Cabernet Sauvignon with a big berry finish. Aged with American oak. Especially good with steaks, barbecue and pasta. LECONTE WHITE-A dry white wine from French-American hybrid Vidal Blanc grapes. Aged with American oak. Serve slightly chilled with poultry or seafood. LECONTE Red-A dry, light bodied red wine from a blend of French-American hybrid grapes, Chancellor & Leon Millot. Similar to a Beaujolais in style. Aged with American oak. Serve at room temperature with meat and pasta dishes. BROOKSIDE WHITE-A pleasant, medium dry white wine made from the French-American, hybrid grape, Vidal Blanc. Similar to a Chablis in style. Serve chilled with poultry, seafood, cheeses, and fruit. BROOKSIDE ROSE' -A medium dry blend of French-American hybrid grapes, Cayuga and Chancellor. Similar to a White Zinfandel. Serve well chilled. BROOKSIDE RED- A medium-dry, fruity, light bodied wine from a blend of French American hybrid grapes, Chancellor, & Leon-Millot. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled with meat and pasta dishes. REFLECTIONS-A crisp, semi-sweet white wine from the White Riesling grape. This wine possesses a nice floral, spicy aroma and flavor. Serve well chilled. AUTUMN SPLENDOR-A delicious all occasion white wine from the Chenin Blanc Grape. Serve well chilled. MOUNTAIN MIST - WHITE & ROSE' Asti Spumante style sweet sparkling wines. Winners of several international gold and silver medals. Serve well chilled. MOUNTAIN ROSE' -A delicate, sweet White Zinfandel style blush wine from the Native American Pink Catawba grape. Serve well chilled as an aperitif dessert or "just plain sippin" wine. MOUNTAIN RED-A sweet, light bodied red from the well know American Concord grape. Serve well chilled with all of today's lighter meals MUSCADINE WHITE-A fruity, nutty tasting sweet white wine made from Southern White Muscadine grapes. It possesses a truly unique aroma and flavor and is at its best served chilled with assorted cheeses and fruits. MUSCADINE RED-A light bodied sweet red made from Southern Muscadine grapes. Serve well chilled with your favorite cheese or fruit. A truly unique flavor. PEACH BLUSH-A sweet Southern bouquet of peach delight. Serve well chilled. SANGRIA -A fruity South-of-the-Border red wine with natural citrus flavors. Excellent as a chilled accompaniment to Mexican style dishes or as a holiday party punch. MAY WINE -A white wine aged with Woodruff herb and a kiss of strawberry. Certain to warm a cold winter evening when mixed with hot apple cider.
